装修是一个复杂的系统工程，对于大多数人来说更是一个比较陌生的领域，希望自己写的这个帖子可以记录房子装修的点点滴滴。
介绍下自己买房子的大概过程吧，由于各种原因，2018年中开始启动置换，2019年1月份卖掉了居住了8年的房子，2019年4月买入目前这套建筑面积130平的三房，因为家里男女娃各一个，准备把三房改造成四房，所以原来计划的小改小动满足不了，开始了漫长的装修旅程。
待装修房子的基本介绍：
1、建筑面积130.84平，装修公司测量套内面积110平（多层得房率就是高啊）
2、楼层2/6，三房两厅两卫一厨两阳台，准备改成四房
3、房龄2002年
4、居住人口预计常年5-6人，夫妻+俩娃+爷爷奶奶/外公外婆
5、装修原则：环保第一，实用第二，性价比第三、颜值第四（已经被很多人吐槽是直男审美了）
6、装修预算：35万，为了买一个合适的房子，没钱了啊。装修预算比较低，所以舒适向的新风、地暖、中空、中央净水软水通通不考虑了
7、房子在闵行区古美地区，附近有一起装修的可以互相参观学习交流哈哈
8、设计师：胡子睿；队长：许义正；亿陶监理：周杰；季建平监理：莫老师；水电工：余师傅；泥工：邹师傅；木工：荣师傅。
9、开工时间：2019年10月11日，工期预计80工作日
